Our Palmetto Community is located right inside the front gate of Fort Polk and extends south to hwy 468. Palmetto Terrace consists of 311 new homes that were constructed between 2007 and 2015. The new homes are JNCO/SNCO homes with bedroom configurations of 3, 4 and 5 bedrooms. Additionally, multiple homes are ADA Compliant. The majority of homes are legacy style homes that were built between 1974 and 1981. Palmetto has a 9,000 square foot community center with a pool.
