Dogwood Terrace
Dogwood Terrace’s two, three, four and five bedroom family homes for JENL, SNCO, CGO and FGO rank bands all lie within rolling terrain supporting the abundant wildlife. Palmetto Terrace
Palmetto Terrace is the perfect example of how family housing and Fort Polk are constantly improving. New homes have a sleek design and have all the amenities the modern Army family needs. The older homes were built in the mid 1970s and have since been through extensive renovations. Two, three, four and five bedroom homes are available for JENL, SNCO and CGO rank bands. Residents of Palmetto Terrace are lucky to have one of the two Neighborhood Centers at Fort Polk right down the street. In addition, Palmetto Terrace is conveniently located near South Polk Elementary School, the library, the commissary, PX and walking trails.
